Happy Monday!

Hi 2RW!

I have loved looking through your work from last week and am excited to see what you produce for this week. Remember to share any work which you complete this week through Year 2 email address and have a go at some of the learning projects too. Here are some examples:

Write a ‘thank you’ letter to the people who collect your rubbish and recycling.

Write a weather report and use some exciting adjectives.

Write a set of instructions of how a rainbow is made.

  1. Hi, I have a few questions.
How do we share work on here? I dont see a facility to add pictures.
On Showbie I cant see any work set.
    Am I doing something wrong?
    Thank you.
    Meena x

    1. Hi Meena, I hope you’re well. There used to be a facility to add pictures, but having just checked, I can’t see this now either! So, for this week, if you continue sharing any work to the Year 2 email that would be great. In terms of Showbie, no work has been set yet so don’t worry, you’re not doing anything wrong. On Monday 27th April, Showbie will officially begin and I will post a video of myself explaining the tasks for the week and then the work will be set. Thank you for logging in to it and I look forward to it starting on Monday! Mrs Ward 🙂

      1. Thank you! I think I’m feeling a bit overwhelmed with all the text messages we’re getting at the moment. Ok, we’ll check out Showbie on Monday and take a look.
I’m guessing the new learning packs will be available from Monday too as they’re not on there at the moment. We’re only on week 3 of the old learning pack because of having the Easter holidays off. I’m struggling a bit with exactly what Celeste should be doing with all the new work due to come out too x

      2. That’s completely understandable. What you’re currently doing with Celeste is brilliant! Keep going with the week 3 learning pack, and then start the new learning pack that will be released to you on Monday. I will try my best to explain the work fully on the Monday Video 🙂
